Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SWAPN (Sustainable Ways for Air quality, Policy and Nature). By accessing or using our website, consulting services, and the Strategic Air Quality Informatics Platform (SAQIP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

SWAPN provides strategic consulting across atmospheric intelligence, regulatory & ESG strategy, circular economy & bio-waste, and aligned capabilities — including air-quality modelling, emission inventories, and harmonised analytics — delivered, where applicable, through our proprietary Strategic Air Quality Informatics Platform (SAQIP™). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Proprietary Technology (SAQIP™)

SWAPN executes its advisory services utilizing our proprietary Strategic Air Quality Informatics Platform (SAQIP™). SAQIP™ is an internal software architecture and data-validation tool owned exclusively by SWAPN. Access to the SAQIP™ interface by third-party institutional clients is granted strictly via temporary, non-transferable software licenses and is subject to the SAQIP Technical Protocols. SAQIP™ is not a standalone legal entity.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to transmit any harmful code, interfere with our network security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the SAQIP database.

Limitation of Liability

While SWAPN strives to provide accurate environmental intelligence and data, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SWAPN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any decisions made based on the data provided through our platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
